We have been baking Christmas Cakes and Christmas Puddings for rather a long time and they are really rather good even if we do say so ourselves. However we are not alone, they were awarded Gold in the Taste of the West awards last year.
Our traditional rich, dark, moist fruit cake is a connoisseurs delight. Made using high quality ingredients, free of nuts, it is matured and fed at regular intervals with Armagnac to achieve the perfect depth of flavour. Each cake is then hand wrapped to ensure that it looks as great as it tastes.

After participating at many Christmas Fairs over the past few years, the one comment that came through loud and clear was that customers like to put a hand to making their own Christmas pudding. We listened to what they had to say but also learnt that the time factor and cost factor made the process less and less enjoyable. So this year we have produced something which everyone can enjoy.
So here it is – Make Your Own Christmas Pudding.
We do all the hard work by supplying all the dry and wet ingredients in two separate pouches, all you have to do is simply empty the packs into the bowl, add an egg and mix. There is no wastage of
ingredients, the pudding is beautifully moist and delicious and you get a magnificent red “God Save The Cream” Mason Cash ceramic bowl as an additional reward. 900g
